Hi I’m Derek Teft, I’ve been in concrete for 20 years and since the first day that I poured concrete I was hooked. Running this wall division has been a dream of mine for ever.

Chris Bakker and I have put together a wall division that will change the world and quality is Number #1. Matching our talents Chris and I will turn a curve in the concrete industry. It takes a lot of hard work and planning, but most of all bringing that can do attitude every day as we lay that beautiful smooth concrete.

I have my right hand man Bob and he makes everyday great, a crazy talent and great all around person. Grant is our boom truck operator and labor who also makes this team stronger everyday. I’m so proud and blessed to do what I do everyday!
